Psychotherapy can be of benefit in cases of a chronic or repeated feeling of unhappiness. This can manifest itself in many ways, including being dejected, fearful, constantly stressed, doubtful, feeling inferior, insomnia, etc.
There can also be seemingly hopeless problems and conflicts that keep re-occurring with partner, family or friends. There can be a general feeling of malaise, not feeling at home in one’s life, difficulties at work or place of study, sexual problems or disappointment with one’s daily life.
